Noisy Demo Hits Willmott Dixon in Coleshill NAVA received the following report: We today held a demo at Willmott Dixon’s office at Coleshill, nr Birmingham, who are dealing with the main construction contract for the new animal testing facility at the University of Leicester. Upon arrival, they denied being in that office however it was obvious from the large WD logo on the wall ...
Spontaneous Demo Hits the Lab at Leicester
Spontaneous Demo Hits the Lab Activists today spontaneously visited the University of Leicester to oppose their new animal testing laboratory. After almost an hour going round the campus, placing leaflets in offices and on notice boards we were spotted by security and had a further chase round, so we moved onto the Lancaster Road building site. Those constructing the lab were told through...

First mile way too fast and then hit a wall of pain, blisters, cramp and a pulled muscle in my side. I warmed up well so i think it is just me trying too much too fast. hope I feel better soon so can get out and run it faster than my first time not slower! I wonder if running first thing and on an empty stomach makes a difference? 3 km tracked 00:24 mins 07:14 pace 374 calories
Thigh and calf muscles hurt to much for a run so am considering some heavy weights before we go, for breakfast I had porridge with nuts, seeds and those thing out the middle of apricots that ‘stop cancer’ apparently (they taste like strong almonds). When I opened the cupboard the maple syrup fell out and went on my porridge… urm opps :-P just signed up to dailymile.com and...
