Spontaneous Demo Hits the Lab at Leicester
Spontaneous Demo Hits the Lab Activists today spontaneously visited the University of Leicester to oppose their new animal testing laboratory. After almost an hour going round the campus, placing leaflets in offices and on notice boards we were spotted by security and had a further chase round, so we moved onto the Lancaster Road building site. Those constructing the lab were told through...

Morning run
First mile way too fast and then hit a wall of pain, blisters, cramp and a pulled muscle in my side. I warmed up well so i think it is just me trying too much too fast. hope I feel better soon so can get out and run it faster than my first time not slower! I wonder if running first thing and on an empty stomach makes a difference? 3 km tracked 00:24 mins 07:14 pace 374 calories

Now after one jog and only a few hours I feel addicted again, my run was not enough, the buzz went and in an insane twist...
